Returns Policy

We offer a simple ‘no hassle returns’ policy.

We hope that you will be happy with the goods and services received. However, if for any reason you wish to return something or feel that training did not meet your expectations then simply return the item or in the case of training inform us by email for a full refund.

Please follow the instructions below:

  • Please enclose a reference to your order ID/invoice number, your name, company name and email address and please state a reason why you are returning the item. Also refer to any member of staff that you may have been in contact with regarding the return, if applicable. Ideally, include your order reference in the address, as demonstrated below.
  • Please ensure that all items are packaged carefully to avoid damage. We cannot refund items returned damaged due to poor packaging. It is your responsibility to return the item/s to us.

All items must be returned within 14 days from receipt.

Faulty goods can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please return them to the above address and enclose details of the fault or complaint and reference to your order id/invoice number.

All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
